L'embodiment est fondamental pour démarrer un processus de transformation
What does it mean to be embodied?
It’s all about being able to bring our attention down into our body.
Feeling the sensations that are present there.
Can you feel a tingling, a warmth, maybe a heaviness or a swirling sensation?
Bringing out attention down into the body is what allows us to be present with ourselves.
And it requires practice.
Most of us live most of our lives with our attention in our mind.
Thinking, worrying, wondering, future tripping, past remorsing, rationalizing.
It uses an enormous amount of energy to live from the mind because it’s profoundly depleting.
What nourishes us to feel more energized and vibrant is our capacity to be IN our body.
To inhabit it fully. Feeling every part of it.
Training the mind to bring the attention inwards is life changing.
Feeling our body and the vibrant energy that lives in us is very nourishing.
It can replenish us incredibly easily if we choose to connect with it.
It allows us to be more present, more calm, more grounded.
But why is that so challenging?
Our body is also the home of all our past wounds, trauma and nervous system responses.
So yes, it can be challenging to be in our body, when there is a lot to be felt.
This is why so many of us shut it down, disconnect from it. It’s a way to avoid feeling pain.
But if we are embarking on a Spiritual Journey, then this is the beginning.
The willingness to feel what’s inside.
The desire to create a profound connection with ourselves.
We realize that there is tremendous suffering that comes from feeling stressed, anxious, worried, regretful.
There is another way, the way of embodiment.
Befriending our body to feel what it holds.
Developing the capacity and skills to be present to what arises.
Committing to this relationship with ourselves.
I support people who desire to embark on the Spiritual Journey of the deepest connection with themselves.
I offer tools and guidance so this process can be smooth and powerful.
The result is the experience of an internal world that is grounding, nourishing and joyful.
