My 5 core principles about Spiritual Healing
True Transformation Happens Through the Body
I believe that our body is where all our experiences are held. It means that in order to experience healing, it must come through the body.
The mind can rationalize, and understand a number of things, and this can be very useful. But when it comes to actually transforming our experiences, it’s important to go at the root of it, through our felt senses.
When I work with people, I invite them to inhabit their body gently, at their own pace. Knowing that this connection is the foundation of our capacity to heal wounds and past trauma.
My clients begin to feel a sense of inner power at holding their own emotions, releasing what it ready to be let go of, and create more space for connection and love in their everyday life.
The Universe is Creating Experiences for you, not Against you
I believe that we are all on a path of spiritual growth in this life time and what that means for me is that every experience I’m having is ‘‘for’’ me.
My way of seeing challenges and pain is to ask ‘‘how is this for me?’’. It allows for an attitude of curiosity, and a very compassionate way of seeing places where life is sending us challenges so that we can grow through them.
Instead of wanting to fix it, the question becomes more an issue of ‘‘Who am I invited to become through this? What wants to transform here?’’
In my experience, often life sends us challenges that activate our deepest wounds, precisely so that it can be healed.
As I work with clients, we always find the piece of gold, the reason why they went through what they went trough, and it allows them to have a deep sense of meaning because it wasn’t in vain.
We can all Have Access to Source Energy
I believe we all hold a very unique energetic frequency. I like to call it our Essence. This energy lives inside of us at all times, it is our spiritual home.
Often, the challenge is whether or not we feel connected to it. I believe that the meaning of all spiritual work, is to come back home to this energy inside of ourselves. This is where we can experience a sense of peace, love, goundedness and bliss.
When we live inside of this frequency, we experience a profound fullness in our daily life. We no longer feel anxious, stressed, exhausted. It feels like being plugged into the socket of an inner renewable source of energy.
When I work with client, I often lead them into a meditation to feel their own frequency, to anchor into and to develop the capacity to come back to it.
Feminine Intuition allows to Create from Truth
I believe we all have access to what is true for us. To me that means to be able to tap into our inner wisdom of clarity and intuition that is the absolute best guide to our life.
Life always has a plan for us that is greater than what we can imagine. When we learn to trust that intuition and surrender into following it, we create a life that is fully aligned to our highest good.
This process is usually gradual. As we get more comfortable to feel our intuition, we also begin to follow it more and receive the experience of fulfillment that it provides.
When I work with clients, I support them to break from old habits and patterns that are preventing them from following their deepest truth. It can lead into significant life transitions that also hold the potential for the experience of so much more joy and love to flow through them.
There is freedom in taking Responsibility for our Creation
I believe there’s an enormous amount of freedom that comes with realizing our responsibility in creating the life we currently have. It’s the realization that we are not victim of our circumstances, but rather participating in them.
Since we don’t consider ourselves victims of our experience, we can then see the parts of us that need transformation, the ones that need to grow. Instead of blaming other people, we take a deep look at ourselves first.
This may sound uncomfortable, and to a certain degree it is. It asks to look into our own shadows, to have a deep sober look at ourselves. This process is so beneficial because it’s in service to transformation at the deepest level.
When I work with people, I always prioritize this process because it’s very easy to change circumstances, but often people are drawn to reproduce the same pattern. This allows the internal work to allow for their life to truly transform.
