My spiritual journey when I was 24. I was just out of a terrible breakup, and there was something deep in me that said ‘‘it can’t be like that forever’’.
I didn’t want to stay disconnected from my body, and feeling like everything in my life is something I’m a victim of. I knew there was more that was possible.
I went on a journey of profound healing, aligning to my feminine power, that took me from India to San Francisco and New York working with world-class mentors.
In 2017, I began my private practice as a Spiritual Coach to support individuals who desire the same depth. People who are willing to do the work for lasting embodied transformation.
