Feminine Somatic Coaching
Somatic Coaching is an invitation to explore your experiences through the wisdom of your body.
In a Guided Somatic Journey session, we gently meet the root of what you are moving through, whether it is an inner child wound, a limiting belief, or emotional pain, allowing space for deep healing and transformation.

Energy Work
Energy Work is a hands-on healing session that supports you in landing more deeply in your body.
This experience is especially supportive if you often feel in your head, find it difficult to connect with your feminine energy, or simply desire a deeply nourishing and restorative session.

6-Month Mentorship
This 6-month mentorship supports deep healing and expansion. Together, we begin by gently tending to the wounds, patterns, and past experiences that may be holding you back.
From this place of healing, you are guided into a deeper embodiment of your feminine power, creativity, and authentic expression.

My spiritual journey began when I was 24. I had just come out of a painful breakup — one that cracked something open inside of me. There was a quiet voice that whispered: “It doesn’t have to be this way forever. That realization led me on a journey of profound healing and awakening to my own power.
In 2017, I began my private practice as a Coach, supporting women who feel the same calling — who are ready to do the deep, courageous work of transformation through the body. This is what I’m here for - to support you as you remember your truth, your power, and your connection to the sacred within you.
