To live in the mind

To live in the mind is to live in hell.
There is no greater well-being, in this lifetime, than the one of resting in your own energy, without a thought.
It's the energy in us that holds peace, joy, fulfillment.
This already lives in us. The question is whether or not we are connected to it, whether or not we put our attention on it.
Now, the mind is a wonderful tool.
But left uncheck, it creates all kinds of thoughts, beliefs.
If we get on the ride of those thoughts, there can be enormous suffering.
People who find a path of awakening usually do so, because they have experienced this.
And they are looking for an alternative way of living.
A place inside that is peaceful and quiet. To rest in a profound well-being that just ''is''.
This is what the soul craves.
This is certainly what my soul craved when I embarked on this path.
To have this profound experience of fullness.
And now that it's here, there is no going back.
